CORE Health - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Frank Morrison

Frank Morrison first started as the executive director at Community House on Broadway in 2012. During his first year of being director, Frank noticed the need in our community for mental health and substance use services and the correlation it had with homelessness. His goal was to provide mental health and substance use services on site at Community House. In 2015 he founded CORE Health in hopes of providing services for those in need. His dedication and service to the community has grown into a team effort that meets the client where they are at!

CORE Health - Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Jordan Wisdom

A native to Longview, WA, Jordan has been involved in the local community since the beginning of his career. With a background in change management and sale operations at a leading global manufacturer, he helps the CORE Health team translate healthcare best practices into client focused programs and support systems. The goal remains clear, helping clients achieve their treatment goals by supporting staff with effective organizational structures and processes.

CORE Health - Chief Clinical Supervisor

Katie Allen

Katie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been with CORE Health since 2016. Katie came to CORE Health after relocating to the area from Seattle after her first child was born. Prior to working with CORE Health she had worked with high risk youth, and adults involved in the criminal justice system. Katie has worked as a social worker since 2009 and has been a supervisor at CORE Health since 2013.

CORE Health - Substance Use Director

Michael Sovel

Mike is originally from Southern California and moved to the NW in 1999. Mike is a Substance Use Disorder Professional and has worked in the Longview/Kelso area since he started in the field ten years ago. Mike started his employment with CORE Health four years ago and since has become the director of the SUD department. Mike has experience working with the youth and adult population.

CORE Health - Human Resources Director

Kenadie Fuller

Following graduation of a Bachelors in Business with a focus in Human Resources, Kenadie joined the CORE Health team in 2019 as our Human Resources Generalist. In August of 2019, Kenadie moved into the organization’s Human Resources Director role and has since graduated with a Master’s of Business Administration. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and sweet puppy and works remotely for CORE Health as our Human Resources Director!

CORE Health- Compliance Officer & Mental Health Specialist

Hannah Morrison

Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker who has served as a school-based clinician and clinical supervisor with CORE Health since 2017. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach to create innovative ways to promote resilience and recovery amongst high-risk youth. Prior to CORE Health she worked as Foster Family Developer, guiding prospective foster parents through the process of becoming licensed and coordinating with DCYF to achieve best long-term placement for youth in the foster care system. She brings her knowledge of State and Federal regulations and experience in clinical practice to serve in the development of new programs.
