Transforming mental healthcare
We are a group of both Master and Bachelor level counselors who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health collective, we assist clients by providing therapy, medication management, emotional coaching, peer counseling and more. We help our clients connect with both inside and outside resources. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients whether that be in school, in the office, telehealth or in the community.
Our approach
CORE Health takes a team approach when it comes to serving our clients. Our desire is for the client to make multiple connections with their assigned counselor, peer counselor, peers and more! The goal of our approach is to equip the client with tools to overcome obstacles by offering a team to support them as they continue to treat the underlying causes related to mental health and substance use. Individual Therapy
Telehealth or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly depending on the initial intake treatment plan.
Medication Management
Telehealth or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy. In order to receive medication management client must continue to meet with their CORE Health counselor.
Substance Use Therapy
Telehealth or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals to overcome addiction.
Supportive Housing & Employment
In-person only, CORE Health Supportive Housing offers assistance in finding housing and employment. We work with you to find the tools and resources you need for stability.
